Software Developer
We are looking for a Software
Developer with hands-on experience in Visual Studio IDE, VB.NET, ASP.NET
and SQL programming. The successful candidate will also provide
technical support to engineers and end users.
Core Responsibilities:
- Participate in the software development of our reporting products
- Support product users in a technical capacity
- Write technical and support documentation
Required skills:
- A degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least two years of recent experience in VB.NET ASP.NET and SQL
programming
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
- Excellent communication and writing skills
Product Support
Specialist
The successful candidate will organize and perform training classes
and provide technical support.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support customers to maximize the features of our software in their
applications
- Organize and teach user training courses
- Produce software videos for training and marketing
- Participate in product testing
Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a computer-related major from an accredited
Institution
- One to two years of experience in supporting or training software
products
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
- Genuine desire to learn new technology
- Good communication and writing skills
- Knowledge of VB.NET and ASP.NET would be an advantage
