Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with a “go-for-it” attitude, deep desire to learn new technology. The successful candidate will provide software application support and participate in various aspects of product development. Our support team repeatedly receives rave reviews and significantly contributes to customer retention. You will be a significant member of this team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance to customers by understanding their reporting objectives
  • Participate in product testing and documentation
  • Contribute in the various aspects of software product development

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related from an accredited Institution
  • 1 to 2 years of technical/application support of a software product
  • Knowledge of Databases, SQL and Microsoft Excel is essential
  • Genuine desire to learn new technology
  • Good communication and writing skills

Technical Sales Representative

We currently have a great opportunity for a Technical Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with distributors, OEMs, System Integrators and key accounts.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and expand effective relationships with distributors, OEMs and System Integrators
  • Provide presentations of the product on-line and at tradeshows
  • Contribute to sales and marketing material
  • Provide feedback from customers to software development team

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field from an accredited institution
  • 2 years of software sales experience
  • Genuine desire to learn and present new technology
  • Good communication and writing skills
